LJ Hooker Commercial Brisbane’s senior sales and leasing agent Manoli Nicolas has been awarded the Group’s top Queensland honour in recognition of a stellar year servicing sellers and landlords
Mr Nicolas’s achievements over the year have extended across industrial, office and retail assets, underlining his versatility and cross-sector expertise.
Mr Nicolas received the award at the LJ Hooker Group’s annual Night of the Stars gala at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre on Saturday.
Mr Nicolas is a member of LJ Hooker Commercial Brisbane, led by Ben (pictured below) and Kerry Armstrong, which was also named the Group’s top Commercial Real Estate office at the annual awards ceremony.
LJ Hooker's General Manager – Network, Stephen Mutton congratulated Mr Nicolas on his achievement.
“Manoli’s work ethic has made him one of the most in-demand commercial real estate specialists in Queensland,” said Mr Mutton. “On any given day, you'll find him advising a developer on a potential warehouse construction, showing tenants through an office space or finalising the sale of a neighbourhood shopping centre, all with equal expertise and attention.”
Mr Mutton said LJ Hooker Commercial Brisbane was a worthy recipient of the top Commercial Office for the Year award.
“Over several decades, Ben and Kerry have nurtured an environment where sales and leasing specialists, asset managers and administrative specialists can flourish.
“Amongst a tightening commercial market, they’ve supported their team to show initiative, quality advice and outstanding service to deliver outcomes that set the standard for the industry.”
Indeed, on the night, Kerry was inducted into LJ Hooker’s Hall of Fame for his contribution to the brand.
Kerry joined the brand in 1977, opening the former LJ Hooker Underwood agency in Brisbane’s south. From day one, it was a specialist commercial agency.
Since 1999, when the LJ Hooker Commercial brand was established, Kerry and Ben have led the business.
“Kerry’s commitment to the Group has been inspiring. He’s been integral to the success of our commercial offering in Brisbane for several decades.
“He’s been a valued contributor to LJ Hooker Commercial, not just within his own agency, but across Australia.
“We’re very proud to welcome Kerry into the LJ Hooker Hall of Fame.”
Amongst the other commercial awards on the night, LJ Hooker Commercial Toowoomba’s Nicole Mann (pictured above with Stephen Mutton) was named Commercial Asset Manager of the Year while Hannah Wright (pictured below) was awarded Executive Assistant of the Year.
Mr Mutton said: “The addition of private and public infrastructure in Toowoomba over the last decade has given rise to economic growth which commercial property investors have sought to capitalise on”.
“Nicole and the rest of the team at LJ Hooker Commercial Toowoomba have set a new standard in service to investors, helping them optimise their assets and support their wealth strategies.
“It’s critical for commercial sales, leasing and asset management specialists to have the back-end support to concentrate wholeheartedly on their clients. Hannah has gone above and beyond to support the LJ Hooker Commercial Toowoomba team this year.”
LJ Hooker Commercial Toowoomba also received the Top Community Relationship Award.
